I really enjoyed my stay recently. The rooms are remodeled and are very nice. My room was very clean and neat. The atmosphere was quiet and serene. The Check in and out process was very fast. I would recommend people to stop by and stay. Good clean quiet rooms with free Wi-Fi connection and accessibility to shopping centers and restaurants.
So I'm exhausted after traveling a couple of weeks in dance rehearsals. I stopped at Motel 6 because it seemed reasonable and i was over driving. The house keeper was covering the front counter. She was very pleasant and we talked about how she enjoyed her black coffee. She said she hated the front desk because it was boring. However, I felt she had presence and was awesome with her customer service. Especially since she had been there all that day. The manager arrived to check me in. It seemed some of the rooms were having issues with the tv and there was also renovation going on. The manager accommodated me 100%
Cut me a discount on a ready and newly renovated room and was pleasant the entire transaction. Seems like no big deal..but in this day in age and with my last two weeks in new York it was nice to have customer service.
The bathroom was disgusting! The shower wasn't even clean .the floors turned my feet black walking on them in the whole room. The fridge leaked when i asked for help they told maintence come out they never did. Only helpful thing was some towels for floor. Room had no microwave. Literally a place to sleep if you don't mind sleeping on stained sheets.
When I went to check out the front office had "system issues" and claimed that it would take 20-30 minutes just to reboot things and thus could not provide me a receipt. So I felt obligated to watch my own credit card records to ensure I was charged correctly. Which I was. There were no further issues. The rooms were acceptable considering the low price. Everything appeared fairly clean.
My room was clean. Smelled fresh and the temperature was right. Not too cold or hot.
I also had access adequate parking. So i was happy. Thanks again.
The room was decent for the price under 60 for night and the manger upgraded our room because our reserved room wasn't ready. We had gotten in town much earlier than expected. The reason for only 3 stars?? Well, the bathroom tub was disgusting, not sure if it was really old or not well cleaned. Reason for the stay was because I had to handle business, but they didn't have an iron or ironing board so needless too say.....i was wrinkled and pissed
This is a place to just "sleep" I would not recommend it for more than a few nights. House keeping staff are very rude. They think it's acceptable to give customer's stained sheets citing its all the hotel has to offer. You can't tell me at $275 A week they cannot afford to have clean unstained sheets. There is no such thing as handicap accessible rooms here.
