I am very happy that they are open on Christmas eve. Only till 6 though. We're making it a Christmas eve tradition. The food is great and it's a good atmosphere
Came for my wife's birthday. Seated Promptly. Server very nice and took our order and brought our drinks quickly. Appitzer came very quickly and warm. Food took a little longer than expected no big deal it's Saturday and Ohio State was playing. Wife's meal was good, however my meal was cold. Sever offered to have them remake my meal, I declined so she let the manager know of the issue. Manager came and asked how the meal was, told him was unpleasant and cold. He said he would let the kitchen know about the issue and offered a dessert. We declined and just asked for our bill so we could be on our way. Manager removed my meal from the bill as I would expect since I had only taken a bite or two and could clearly be seen on the plate. I am glad my wife's meal was to her liking. I am sure we will return to this location in the future and hopefully our meal will be warmer...
Great food and friendly staff. The fajita steak meat alone would be delicious enough all it's own. The ability to order drinks, desserts, and pay from the table-based tablets makes waiting for a waiter or waitress at thing of the past. More restaurants should take this approach!
We had the most awesome server! Food was excellent. Little mix up with our appetizer - it was brought out at the same time as our entrees. But they were very apologetic and too it off our bill! Great atmosphere! Definitely will go back!
Every time I go to Chili's I'm met with a great experience! I highly recommend this place to small or large crowds. They have awesome food and a very friendly staff.
